Novi, MI (February 17, 2009)--- Are you tired of winter and ready for golf season to begin? Are you looking to improve your golf game this season? The Botsford Center for Health Improvement in Novi is offering a golf-conditioning program designed to improve your golf game through education and hands-on fitness training. Each participant will receive a customized strength and conditioning program that meets the biomechanical and physiological demands of the sport.
A free kick-off presentation and seminar on the benefits on golf conditioning will be held on Monday, February 23 at 6:00 p.m. Classes begin Monday, March 2 from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. or Tuesday, March 3 from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. and meet weekly for six weeks. The cost is $150 for Botsford Center for Health Improvement members. Non-members fees are $200 and include membership during the six-week program. Seminar attendees can save 10% on fees if they sign up for the classes following the lecture.
