Family Physician Joins Medical Staff at Botsford Hospital

Farmington Hills, MI (October 21, 2008)--- Loren Chudler, D.O., has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital.

Dr. Chudler is a board certified family physician.  He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Chudler practices at Universal Health Group located at 5761 West Maple Road in West Bloomfield, 26561 West Twelve Mile Rd., Suite 100 in Southfield and 8191 North Wayne Rd. in Westland.  The West Bloomfield number is (248) 626-6892, the Southfield number is (248) 352-5851 and the Westland number is (734) 722-1500.

Dr. Chudler received his medical education from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and performed his internship at Botsford Hospital.  He completed his family practice residency at St. Lawrence Hospital in Lansing.
