Botsford Holds 2nd Annual Women�s Health & Fitness Fair

Novi, MI (September 9, 2008)--- As part of National Women’s Health & Fitness Day, the Botsford Center for Health Improvement will be hosting a Women’s Health & Fitness Fair from Wednesday, September 24 through Saturday, September 27.  The fair, designed to encourage women to make fitness a lifestyle goal, will include free guest days and workouts, classes, demonstrations, a raffle for a $25 gift card to Lucy Activewear and vendor booths including the Body Shop, Creative Memories, Lia Sophia and Lucy Activewear.

Monica Pagels, Manager of the Botsford Center for Health Improvement, says, “National Women’s Health & Fitness Day encourages women to take control of their health by learning how to make good health choices and make time for regular physical activity.  This free event gives women a chance to begin or renew their commitment to a healthy lifestyle.”
