Dr. Raza is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and sleep medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and a member of the American Thoracic Society.

Dr. Raza received his medical education from the University of Karachi in Pakistan. He performed both his internship and residency at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in New Jersey. He also completed a pulmonary medicine/sleep medicine fellowship at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Raza has published and presented various abstracts on DIC; non-tuberculosis mycobacterium; psychosocial impact of narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea and idiopathic hypersomnia; acute pulmonary embolism; cardiovascular effects of sleep apnea and more.
