Botsford Offers Programs for Men�s Health Week

Novi, MI (June 4, 2008)--- As part of Men’s Health Week, the Botsford Center for Health Improvement in Novi is offering a variety of activities for men.  Women are welcome to attend all classes as well, except for the male weight class.

Wednesday, June 11
Cholesterol Screening: 7:00 – 10:00 a.m.  Pre-registration is required.  $30.
Sports Massage: 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Mini massages with emphasis on muscle groups used for golf or other sports using upper extremity muscle groups.  Free.

Thursday, June 12
Sports Massage: 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Free
Led Zeppelin all male weight class: 6:30 p.m.  Interval based weight-training class using free weights and other circuit equipment with personal trainer.  Free.

Friday, June 13
Wear Blue for Men’s Health Week!
Golf Swing Analysis with a PGA Swing Expert: 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.  Pre-registration is required.  Free.

Saturday, June 14
Heart Saver Class: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  This is a perfect certification course for parents, babysitters, lifeguards and coaches.  Pre-registration is required.  $40.

June 11 – 14: Free flexibility analysis all day and free strength analysis from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Enjoy free guest days June 11 to June 14 for men and women.
