Farmington Hills, MI (March 4, 2008)--- Botsford Hospital honored nine employees at its first annual Safety Excellence Award ceremony on Tuesday, March 4. The individuals were recognized for their contributions to Botsford Hospital’s safety initiatives. Paul LaCasse, D.O., President and CEO of Botsford Hospital, presented the awards during a special program in the hospital Board Room.
The ceremony was held as part of National Patient Safety Awareness Week to formally recognize and applaud the important contributions made by employees. Marge Hasler, R.N., Chairman of Botsford Hospital’s Safety Board, says, “Each one of these awardees is making a difference and leading the way in patient safety at Botsford Hospital.”
