Novi, MI (February 21, 2008)--- Is that New Year’s Resolution starting to wear off? The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is offering a “Fitness Challenge” to help you continue your weight loss goals this spring.
The Fitness Challenge program is designed to help you achieve your ultimate fitness results. The class will be divided into two teams with both team and personal fitness goals to keep you motivated throughout the program. Prizes will be awarded to the best team and overall winner of the fitness challenge.
The eight-week program starts Wednesday, March 12 at 6:00 p.m. at the Botsford Center for Health Improvement in Novi. The fee is $100 for Botsford Center for Health Improvement members and $190 for non-members (includes access to fitness center over the eight-week program).
Bring a friend and kick-off the program with a free fitness and weight management seminar on Thursday, February 28 at 7:00 p.m. Dr. Ron Kuzdak, a family physician at Farmington Village Family Practice, and Ryan Hall, a Botsford Fitness Specialist, will provide you valuable tips on staying motivated, increasing metabolism and creative ways to keep a fitness routine fun.
