Farmington Hills, MI (October 17, 2007)--- Jeffrey Forman, M.D., has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital.
Dr. Forman, a West Bloomfield resident, is a professor in the department of radiation oncology at Wayne State University. He was named one of the "Best Doctors in America" in 1994, 1996, 1998, 2002 and 2003. Dr. Forman has a special interest in treating prostate cancer and is an expert in the treatment of breast cancer. He is an international expert in the treatment of prostate cancer.
Dr. Forman earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He completed a clinical fellowship in radiation oncology with the American Cancer Society at Johns Hopkins. He is also a recipient of the American Cancer Society Lane Adams Award and the Maimonides Award for State of Israel Bonds.
