Novi, MI (September 17, 2007)--- As part of National Women’s Health & Fitness Day, the Botsford Center for Health Improvement will be hosting a Women’s Health & Fitness Fair from Wednesday, September 26 through Saturday, September 29. The fair will include seminars, demonstrations and classes designed to encourage women to make fitness a lifestyle goal.
Monica Pagels, Manager of the Botsford Center for Health Improvement, says, “National Women’s Health & Fitness Day focuses on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women. This free event gives women a chance to begin or renew their commitment to a healthy lifestyle.”

The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is the first medical model fitness center in Metro Detroit.
