Novi, MI (August 13, 2007)--- The Botsford Wellness Complex in Novi will be hosting a block party for local business workers and residents on Friday, August 24 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event will include information on the Wellness Complex, which includes the Botsford Center for Health Improvement, Botsford’s Total Rehabilitation and Athletic Conditioning Center (TRACC) and the Botsford Center for Lifestyle Management. Demonstrations, a free BBQ-style lunch, raffle prizes, tours and a ribbon cutting ceremony will be part of the day.

The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is the first medical model fitness center in Metro Detroit. More than a health club, the Botsford Center for Health Improvement offers a “medical model” approach to all of its programs, integrating fitness, lifestyle and behavior management with medical and clinical practices. The facility is open to the general community offering an all-inclusive membership featuring group exercise classes and aquatics.
TRACC is a fully equipped outpatient physical and occupational therapy center. Therapists at TRACC treat many diagnoses from orthopedic and sports injuries, to pain management and neurological disorders.
The Botsford Center for Lifestyle Managment offers a wide range of educational programs for overall health improvement. Our staff consists of Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Nurses, and Registered Dietitians who have a passion for health and quality of life.
