Hydro Tone is an aquatic class that will build strength, reduce body fat and increase flexibility while reducing the risk of injury. Hyrdro Tone will be held on Saturday, August 18 at 1:00 p.m.
Spin and Tone combines the benefits of endurance and strength training in a spin class making it one of the most efficient and effective workouts ever. Spin and Tone is offered on Saturday, August 25 at 2:00 p.m. All fitness levels are welcome.
