Novi, MI (June 22, 2007)--- Are you looking for a new challenge this summer? Have you ever wanted to run a race but didn’t know where to start? The Botsford Center for Health Improvement in Novi is offering an eight-week training program, Team B-Fit Running Camp, to prepare you for the City of Novi’s Fit Novi Run Fest, a 5K, 10K or 15K run on September 9.
Team B-Fit will include a goal-setting session, weekly e-newsletters, personalized training logs and weekly group exercise sessions. Classes begin Monday, July 16 at 7:00 p.m. The cost is $40 for Botsford Center for Health Improvement members. Non-members fees are $150 and include membership during the eight-week program. A free kick-off seminar will also be held on Tuesday, July 10 at 6:00 p.m.
