Farmington Hills, MI (May 9, 2007)--- Looking to improve your golf game? The Botsford Center for Health Improvement in Novi is offering a golf-conditioning program designed to improve your golf game through education and hands-on fitness training. Each participant will receive a customized strength and conditioning program that addresses the biomechanical and physiological demands of the sport.
Classes begin Monday, May 14 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. or Wednesday, May 16 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. and meet weekly for six weeks. The cost is $125 for Botsford Center for Health Improvement members. Non-members fees are $190 and include membership during the six-week program.
