Farmington Hills, MI (January 9, 2007)--- Join the Botsford Center for Health Improvement (BCHI), the first medical model fitness center in metro Detroit, for a special grand opening event on Saturday, January 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Members of the community are invited to tour the recently opened 30,000 square foot facility and learn more about BCHI’s customized programs tailored for an individual’s unique fitness profile. Visitors will learn about membership, the “medical model difference,” and will enjoy class demonstrations.
The Botsford Center for Health Improvement offers a full spectrum of care with certified professionals who design personalized programs in weight management, risk factor reduction, stress management, pre- and post-natal exercise, arthritis, disease management and more. Membership amenities at the center include an aquatics center with a warm-water therapeutic and lap pool, aerobics center with floating floor to reduce strain on joints, tai-chi, yoga, pilates, and spinning classes, a walking track and spacious locker rooms.
