Farmington Hills, MI (June 30, 2006)--- Jay W. Berry has been named director of the Botsford Center for Health Improvement (BCHI) and the Total Rehabilitation and Athletic Conditioning Center (TRACC) in Novi.
Berry will lead Botsford’s plan to provide Farmington Hills, Novi and the surrounding communities with the most complete, full service, health management system available anywhere. The health management system includes physical therapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine and fitness programs. Berry says, “Working with each participant, we will teach, mentor, and design a program that will establish a firm, healthy foundation. We will help clients improve their current fitness level and achieve some of their sports specific or goal specific aspirations.”
Among the new initiatives under Berry’s direction, BCHI is the first medically based fitness center in this area expected to open in September.
“The talents and the level of professionalism exhibited by the employees at TRACC and BCHI are very impressive to me. It truly feeds my desire to reacquaint Botsford and the surrounding communities to the wonderful services and the dedication provided by this talented group of professionals,” Berry said.
Most recently, Berry was the founder and owner of a sports medicine clinic called Body Mechanics in Homewood, Illinois, providing services ranging from physical therapy to sports specific training. He was also the cofounder and owner of Health Performance Centers also located in Homewood, Illinois.
